• Apply First Aid - (Senior First Aid) in one day - Also stay tuned for our web-based training course and interactive training video; this will reduce the Apply First Aid face to face down to 5 hours.
• CPR - in 3 hours or do our workbook online and come in for assessment. You will walk away completely confident in CPR in just 1 and 1/2 hours.
• Remote Area First Aid - this 2 day course is ideal for: Bushwalkers, hikers, extreme sports people, 4x4 owners or people working in remote locations
• Advanced Resuscitation - topics in the 3 hour course cover a review of CPR and the use of oxygen in cardiac arrest or CPR situations.  Oxygen safety, use of  the bag-mask delivery system and AED is addressed and reinforced
• Advanced Oxygen Resuscitation - learn in just 4 hours, how simple it is to use oxygen to save lives. Ideal for carers, nursing staff, occupational first aiders or anyone who just wants to be skilled in oxygen use in cardiac arrest resuscitation, and medical conditions such as asthma, chest pain, anaphylaxis and seizures
• Occupational First Aid - in just 2 days you will be fully qualified to work in a first aid room as an Occupational First Aider. Requires completion of our on-line training prior to the face to face content.
• Child Safe Environments - one day course, covering mandatory notification, legal issues
• Manual Handling Awareness/Back Care - 4 hours to save your back and learn lifting safety.
• Sports Trainer Level 0 - with 4 hours training be prepared on the sideline to assist with sporting emergencies.
• Sports Trainer Level 1 - one day course with on-line learning to be a nationally accredited sports trainer.

• Home Carer Course - a brand new course, in a joint initiative between HMNS and STS, designed to provide the home carer with knowledge and skills to help them in the role as carer - see "Our Courses" page

NEW EMT Course - Nationally Accredited Emergency Medical Technican 

This 10 day intensive course is designed for participants who work or wanting to obtain work as emergency responders in industry. An EMT has advanced skills and knowledge to assist in any industry or mining emergency. Learn advanced life saving skills such as: Oxygen Resuscitation, Defibrillation, Advanced Airway Managment, Administering Medications, Intravenous Cannulation and more. Update your Occupational First Aid Qualifications to EMT now, and protect your worksite with people qualified with advanced life saving skills. Ideal for mining, remote locations and heavy industry. Only $1500 pp (minimum 10 for corporate course)
